Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-5 Matson moved, Rog seconded that a waiver of the park <br />land dedication requirement for George Reiling's plat <br />at 2815, 2834, and 2835 victoria street be denied. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson and Rog. Nays: Johnson, Kehr <br />and Cushman. The motion was defeated. <br /> <br />Johnson, moved, Cushman seconded that George Reiling's <br />request to waive the park land dedication requirement <br />for his plat be continued until December 12, 1988, and <br />the park land dedication ordinance be referred to the <br />Planning commission meeting of December 7, 1988, for <br />review and recommendation. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, <br />Kehr, and Cushman. Nays: Rog and Matson. <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />GEORGE <br />REILING <br /> <br />B-6 Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that Dove Development's DOVE <br />request for a P.U.D., preliminary plat, and variance DEVELOPMENT <br />to zoning ordinance at 899 W. County Road B, be continued <br />to the November 28, 1988 regular City Council meeting for <br />the purpose of the City Attorney drafing findings of fact <br />for the denial of the application. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Matson, Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, and Rog. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-7 Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that G.E.M. Invest- <br />Investment's request for a Special Use Permit for a <br />Planned unit Development, car wash, and self storage <br />units at 1910 W. County Road C be approved with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the exterior materials be in accordance with <br />the plans dated 8-24-88. <br /> <br />2. That the final engineering and landscape details be <br />subject to staff review. <br /> <br />3. That the buildings be sprinklered. <br /> <br />4. That the fire protection plan is acceptable to the <br />fire marshal. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, and <br />Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-8 Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Barry O'Meara's <br />request for Special Use Permit for a Planned Unit <br />Development and preliminary plat at 2551 Lexington <br />Avenue be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1.
