The School District may satisfy its obligation <br />to convey a certain one acre parcel to the City by <br />conveying the same to a corporation known as Lexart <br />Properties Company providing said company is obligated <br />to reconvey same to the city without additional <br />compensation. <br /> <br />2. The city may pay interest to Kaufold on its <br />$118,000 obligation.
