<br />Councilman Johnson joined meeting. Members Present: Cushman, <br />Matson, Kehr, Rog, Johnson. Members Absent: None. <br /> <br />B-10 Kehr moved, Cushman seconded the approval of <br />Bradford School Inc. request for comprehensive <br />plan amendment from high density residential to <br />business. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, <br />Rog. Nays: None. Abstain: Johnson - due to absence <br />during discussion. <br /> <br />BRADFORD <br />SCHOOL <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded the approval of Bradford <br />Schools, Inc. request for a rezoning from R-3A to B-1. <br />Ayes: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Rog, Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded the <br />number 1052 rezoning property at <br />Avenue from R-3A to B-1. Ayes: <br />Kehr, Rog, Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />adoption of ordinance ORDINANCE <br />2340-2350 Lexington NO.1052 <br />Cushman, Matson, <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded the approval of a special <br />use permit for a planned unit development with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That final approval be subject to final review of <br />signage, grading, utilities, streets, and other <br />engineering details by City staff. <br /> <br />2. That approval be subject to final review of landscape <br />plans by City staff. <br /> <br />3. That future access to Grandview Avenue be allowed if <br />town houses are marketed to the general public, but only <br />if the total development at that time is complete with <br />garages, as required, in accordance with the PUD plans. <br /> <br />4. That all driveways and parking areas be curbed as <br />required by ordinance. ~ <br /> <br />5. That site development and building plans will be <br />completed as delineated in the PUD drawings dated 11-28-88. <br /> <br />6. That City has the option to negotiate with a <br />applicant in the future to adjust class hours to mitigate <br />traffic concerns. <br /> <br />7. That if town houses are marketed to the general <br />public in the future that staff review landscape, <br />engineering and parking details to insure compliance <br />with approved PUD plans. <br /> <br />8. That signage is reviewed and approved by staff. <br /> <br />9. That exterior building materials are approved by staff. <br /> <br />Ayes: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Rog, Johnson. Nays: None. <br />
