<br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the regular meeting of January 9, 1989, be approved.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the Consent Agenda,

<br />Night Scope for $5,025.00, and a Body Microphone for
<br />$4,550.00, by the Police Department, using 1988 funds,
