<br />requirements at 2168 N. Snelling be continued to the
<br />February 13, 1989, city Council meeting. Roll Call,

<br />hensive Plan Amendment, rezoning from R-1 to R-3A,
<br />Special Use Permit, and preliminary plat at 2400 North
<br />Dale Street be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson,
<br />Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />No action was required on the Amendment to Tax Incre-
<br />ment District No. 10, based on the fact that Brutger
<br />Companys is withdrawing its proposal for a Compre-
