<br />A-1 Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that the minutes of the MINUTES
<br />regular meeting of February 13, 1989 be approved.

<br />Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />special meeting of February 22, 1989 be approved.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that Ordinance 1055,
<br />amending Section 100.030 of the city Code of the City
<br />of Roseville, decreasing the license fee to $12.00 for
<br />the sale of cigarettes, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Cushman, Kehr, Johnson, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that the Lake Owasso
<br />request for water ski course and water ski jump on
<br />Lake Owasso be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />Kehr, Johnson, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that the new park that
<br />is part of the Can Am development be named "Veterans
<br />Park" in recognition of the proximity to and the
<br />involvement of the VFW Club, and that the planned
<br />Nature Interpretive Center in Central Park be named
<br />the "Harriet Alexander Nature Interpretive Center" in
<br />recognition of the contribution Harriet Alexander
<br />bequested to the Central Park Foundation. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Cushman, Kehr, Johnson, Matson, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that an ordinance
<br />amending section 151.100 of the city Code of the City
<br />of Roseville, regarding evacuation of "On Sale"
<br />establishments, be continued to the March 16, 1989
<br />city Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />Kehr, Johnson, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that Re9olution 8418,
<br />for apportionment of assessments on the requested
<br />division of property by Ramsey County--Division Nos.
<br />DA061942, DA061913, and DA062017, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call Ayes: Cushman, Kehr, Johnson, Matson, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.
