<br />determining to issue bonds for the purpose of acquisi- 8419

<br />ice arena addition, acquisition of additional park
<br />land, betterment of park land by construction of trails
<br />and ponding areas, and outdoor recreation improvements
<br />to the city park properties, and providing for an

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Welsh companies
<br />request for comprehensive plan change from low density
<br />residential to business, rezoning from R-1 to SC,
<br />Special Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development,
<br />preliminary and final plat, variance to the amount of
<br />parking and parking stall size requirements, and vaca-
<br />tion of right-of-way at 1665 County Road B-2 be con-
<br />tinued to the March 27, 1989 City Council meeting.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that a proposed ordi-
<br />nance amendment concerning electrical inspections be
<br />continued to the March 16, 1989 city Council meeting.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that expenditures not
<br />to exceed $8,000.00 for election costs, referendum
<br />brochure, revisions of architectural drawings, and
<br />model of community and cultural center be authorized,
<br />to be funded from the Contingency Account. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Matson, and Rog. Nays: Cushman.
