<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />regular meeting of March 16, 1989 be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Johnson, Cushman, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1, B-2, and B-4, be approved. Roll

<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that the Braun Engi-
<br />neering proposal, dated January 16, 1989, for addi-
<br />tional investigation on the city Public Works site to
<br />determine the extent of subsurface petroleum contami-
<br />nation be approved, and the cost funded from Revenue
<br />Sharing interest. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson,
<br />Johnson, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution 8429,
<br />approving the designation of Terrace Drive from Cleve-
<br />land Avenue to Lincoln Drive, Lincoln Drive from
<br />Terrace Drive to County Road C-2, and County Road C-2
<br />from Lincoln Drive to Snelling Avenue as Municipal
<br />State Aid streets be adopted, and directing staff to
<br />send two certified copies of the resolution to the
<br />District State Aid Engineer's office.
<br />
<br />The staff is further directed to pursue, with MnDOT,
<br />the state Aid designation of Terrace Drive from
<br />Lincoln Drive to Snelling Avenue.
