<br />The Planning Commission and staff are also requested
<br />to attempt to preserve future right-of-way for a
<br />realignment of Terrace Drive north of existing Terrace
<br />Drive should MnDOT not approve the snelling/Terrace
<br />Drive intersection as plans are reviewed for develop-
<br />ment in this area.

<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution
<br />8430, approving the revoking of County Road C-2, 216
<br />Segments 020, 030, and 040 from the Municipal state
<br />Aid system be adopted, and directing staff to for-
<br />ward two certified copies of the resolution to the
<br />District state Aid Engineer's office. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Johnson, Cushman, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Easement No.
<br />2305710, over Lot 1, Block 1, T. M. Connor Plat, be
<br />released. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Johnson,
<br />Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that consideration of
<br />the proposed ordinance relating to outside display
<br />of merchandise be continued to the April 10, 1989
<br />City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Matson, Johnson, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />the proposed ordinance concerning park land dedica-
<br />tion requirements be continued to the April 10, 1989
<br />city Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Matson, Johnson, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Dove Develop-
<br />ment's request for lot division and variance to
<br />driveway setback requirements at 899 West County
<br />Road B be continued to the April 24, 1989 City
<br />Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson,
<br />Johnson, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that George Reiling's
<br />request for final plat at 2815, 2834, and 2835
<br />victoria street be continued to the April 24, 1989
<br />City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Matson, Johnson, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />proposed ordinance to modify the City's fire inspec-
<br />tion program be continued to the May 22, 1989 city
