<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Johnson, Cushman, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that a Special Council
<br />meeting be established on Saturday, April 15, 1989, at
<br />5:45 p.m., in the Roseville City Hall, for the purpose
<br />of selecting a City Manager. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Matson, Johnson, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that the Roseville Focus
<br />be designated as the Official City Newspaper for the
<br />remainder of 1989 and for 1990, at the same rate
<br />structure for both years, as specified in letter from
<br />Walter Roach, dated December 28, 1988. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Johnson, Cushman, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />F-1 Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Eugene Schultz's EUGENE
<br />request for a lot division at 3007 victoria Street be SCHULTZ
<br />continued to the April 10, 1989 city Council meeting.

<br />Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that the following
<br />development policy amendment be approved:
<br />
<br />"In addressing projects in which multiple developers
<br />in Roseville are competing for the same user, the
<br />City will not align itself with one developer. The
<br />City will review all proposals and, if participation
<br />is warranted, Roseville will choose the developer and
<br />project that is in the best interest of the City
<br />relating to financial and locational priorities."
