<br />Roseville city council Minutes <br />March 27, 1989 <br /> <br />17. That there be no access to the site from the <br />frontage road at the northeast corner of the site. <br />That a gate shall be constructed to permit access <br />for emergency vehicles, and that the Center <br />management be responsible for maintaining the <br />emergency access drive. <br /> <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />18. That shopping center management provide adequate <br />security measures during business hours, as <br />approved by the Police Chief. <br /> <br />19. That an agreement between the City and the <br />developer be completed. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Johnson, Cushman, and <br />Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Welsh Companies <br />request for variance to the number of parking spaces <br />at 1665 County Road B-2 be denied. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Kehr, Matson, Johnson, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that a public hearing for <br />vacation of streets at 1665 County Road B-2 be <br />scheduled for the regular Council meeting of April 24, <br />1989. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Johnson, Cush- <br />man, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that a public hearing <br />for the final plat at 1665 County Road B-2 be sche- <br />duled for the regular Council meeting of April 24, <br />1989. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Johnson, <br />Cushman, and Rag. Nays: None. <br /> <br />D. <br />D-l <br /> <br />ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS <br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that the following <br />schedule be established for interviewing City Manager <br />Candidates: <br /> <br />SCHEDULE <br />FOR CITY <br />MANAGER <br />INTERVIEWS <br /> <br />Friday, April 14 <br />8:00 a.m. Breakfast - Council and candidates. <br />Holiday Inn Directors Room. <br /> <br />9:30 a.m. City Tour - candidates and spouses. City <br />Hall. <br /> <br />12:00 Noon - Lunch with candidates, spouses, and <br />Department Heads. <br /> <br />2:00 p.m. Candidates tour city facilities and meet <br />with Department Heads. <br /> <br />4:45 p.m. Candidates meet with Consultant. City Hall. <br /> <br />5:30 - 7:00 p.m. Reception - Council and spouses, <br />candidates and spouses. Holiday Inn Board Room. <br />
