<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL
<br />members present: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Matson, Acting
<br />Mayor. Members absent: Mayor Rog.

<br />A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />A-I Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of the MINUTES
<br />regular meeting of April 24, 1989 1989 be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Matson.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />A-2 Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />special meeting of May 3, 1989 be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, and Matson. Nays: None.
<br />Abstain: Cushman, because she was not present at that
<br />meeting.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the Mayor and City
<br />Manager be authorized to sign an agreement with Ramsey
<br />County for a household hazardous waste collection pro-
<br />gram. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and
<br />Matson. Nays: None.

<br />$250 to the Dispute Resolution Center for 1989 be
