<br />Roseville city Council Minutes <br />May 8, 1989 <br /> <br />B-6 <br /> <br />B-7 <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that a donation of $125, <br />for construction of a bird nesting area near the <br />Harriet Alexander Interpretive Center, be accepted <br />from Mrs. Arlene Krause as a memorial for Herman and <br />Elsie Stuber. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, John- <br />son, and Matson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />c. <br />C-l <br /> <br />C-2 <br /> <br />HEARINGS <br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution 8447, <br />approving the vacation of portions of Fry street, <br />Brooks Avenue, and Bruce Avenue as required to allow <br />the expansion of Pavilion Place shopping Center at <br />1665 County Road B-2, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Kehr Cushman, Johnson, and Matson. Nays: None. <br />(This action will be rescinded if the Welsh Company <br />development is not constructed.) <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8448, <br />Rosedale Chevrolet/Mack Truck's request for vacation <br />of that portion of County Road C-2 lying between Long <br />Lake Road and 35W, be adopted with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the appropriate utility easements be granted <br />subject to staff review and approval. <br /> <br />2.
