<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Welsh Company's
<br />request for final plat at 1665 County Road B-2 be
<br />continued to the June 26, 1989, City Council meeting.

<br />Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Centre Pointe's
<br />request for final plat on the east side of 35W between
<br />County Roads C and D be continued to the August 14,
<br />1989, city Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson,
<br />Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that George Reiling's
<br />request for final plat at 2815, 2834, and 2835
<br />victoria Street be continued to the June 26, 1989,
<br />City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr,
<br />Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that TCC Centre Company's
<br />request for Special Use Permit for site plan approval
<br />for the expansion of Rosedale Shopping Center at 1585
<br />Highway 36 be approved with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That final engineering, utility plans, and speci-
<br />fications be submitted for City staff approval.
<br />
<br />2. That final plans for grading, landscaping, and
<br />sediment control be submitted for City staff
<br />approval.
<br />
<br />3. That detailed plans of building materials and
<br />signage be submitted for City staff approval.
