That detailed plans concerning the handling of <br />trash receptacles and screening be submitted for <br />City staff approval. <br /> <br />5. That there be interim traffic management and <br />control. <br /> <br />6. That there be maintenance of interim drainage <br />facilities. <br /> <br />7. That additional right-of-way be dedicated if <br />necessary. <br /> <br />8. That the final design of the pathway system be <br />approved by city staff. <br /> <br />9. That the applicant will do all possible to assure <br />that public transit to the Rosedale Center con- <br />tinues uninterrupted, and that final plans be <br />approved by City staff. <br /> <br />10. That Ramsey County approve the relocation of the <br />entrance on Fairview Avenue. <br /> <br />11. That proper parking ramp security measures be <br />instituted consistent with recommendations of the <br />Roseville Police Department, and that final plans <br />be approved by City staff. <br /> <br />12. That 12 foot wide handicap stalls be provided and <br />distributed in proportion with the number of <br />stalls in each section of the lot as it relates to <br />each entrance and by parking ramp level. <br /> <br />13. That the exterior building materials and the <br />parking ramp be subject to approval by City staff. <br /> <br />14. That an additional lane be added on the ring road <br />as proposed. <br /> <br />15. That the applicant is responsible for meeting all <br />of the above conditions. <br /> <br />16. That detailed plans of the new Dayton's store and <br />its exterior building materials be submitted for <br />Planning Commission and city Council review. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and <br />Rog.
