<br />according to plans and specifications submitted
<br />and approved by staff.

<br />3. That the water line be looped according to City
<br />standards at the applicant's cost.

<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that a public hearing on
<br />Gordon Howe's final plat at 2025 Roselawn Avenue be
<br />scheduled for the June 26, 1989, City Council meeting.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Albert Garalius'
<br />request for a six foot minor variance to maintain an
<br />existing thirty-two foot wide driveway at 3101 Shore-
<br />wood Lane be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr,
<br />Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Oren Shelley's
<br />request for a six foot minor variance to maintain
<br />an existing thirty-two foot wide driveway at 1775
<br />Lydia Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson,
<br />Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Ann Henly's request
<br />for a minor variance for a driveway at 3014 Shorewood
<br />Lane be approved as recommended by the Minor Variance
<br />Board: That the driveway shall be thirty feet wide at
<br />the street and taper to a maximum width of thirty-two
<br />feet beginning at the property line. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Keith Hillstrom's
<br />request for a three foot side yard variance for a
<br />detached garage at 1348 Judith Avenue be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Jerry Bartho's
<br />request for a five foot front yard setback variance
<br />for a new dwelling at 725 Heinel Drive be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that the following
<br />be approved in accordance with the City's policy
<br />concerning minor variances for driveway side yard set-
<br />backs:

<br />1. Dennis Cheesebrow request for five foot variance
<br />at 686 Belmont Lane.
