County Road DEVELOPMENT B be continued to the June 26, 1989, City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None. F-2 Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Lorraine LORRAINE st. Louis' request for lot division at 2185 st. Croix ST. LOUIS street be approved with the following conditions: 1. That all required assessments be paid. 2. That a grading plan be submitted for staff approval along with the building permit applica- tion. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None. F-3 Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Paul Kysylyczyn's request for lot division at 3083 victoria street be approved with the following conditions: PAUL KYSYLYCZYN'S 1. That 10 feet of right-of-way be dedicated along victoria street. 2. That all required assessments be paid. 3. That a grading plan be submitted for staff approval along with a building permit application. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None. F-4 Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Gordon Howe's request for preliminary plat at 2025 Roselawn Avenue be approved with the following conditions: GORDON HOWE 1. That the curvature of the road be approved and variances from subdivision standards granted to permit the design as shown on plans dated April 19, 1989.
