<br />B-3 Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution 8456, RESOLUTION
<br />to acquire by warranty deed certain land in fee simple 8456
<br />for the purposes of acquiring and maintaining a park
<br />for the City of Roseville, and directing that the
<br />necessary proceedings be instituted for such purpose,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman,
<br />Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution 8457,
<br />to transfer by warranty deed certain land in fee
<br />simple for the purposes of settlement negotiations in
<br />the acquisition and maintenance of a park for the city
<br />of Roseville and for directing that the necessary pro-
<br />ceedings be instituted for such purpose, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that the Mayor and
<br />city Manager be authorized to sign the Warranty Deeds
<br />referred to in Resolutions 8456 and 8457. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that a Reciprocal Fire
<br />service Agreement between the cities of Roseville and
<br />st. Anthony be approved, and authorizing the Acting
<br />City Manager to sign the agreement. Roll Call,
