<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution 8458,
<br />authorizing the city to enter into a cooperative Pur-
<br />chasing Agreement with Hennepin County, and authoriz-
<br />ing the Mayor and Acting city Manager to sign the
<br />Cooperative Purchasing Agreement, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that the following items
<br />be referred to the July 5, 1989 Planning Commission
<br />meeting and establishing the Council public hearing
<br />for July 24, 1989:

<br />1. M.A.T. Properties request for rezoning from R-l
<br />to B-3 and a Special Use Permit for a convenience
<br />store with fuel sales at 2884 Old Highway 8.
<br />
<br />2. Ashland oil request for parking setback and a
<br />number of parking stall variances at 1925
<br />Lexington Avenue.
<br />
<br />3. Hicks Construction Company request for Special
<br />Use Permit and variance for a convenience store
<br />with fuel sales and a car wash at 1681 Rice
<br />Street.

<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that the results of the
<br />telephone survey of the Council done on June 8, 1989,
<br />approving the Roseville Jaycee's request for a Tempo-
<br />rary On Sale License to sell 3.2 beer on June 10 and
<br />11, 1989, at Roseville Central Park, be ratified.
