F-1 F-2 F-3 F-4 F-5 F-6 REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Frank Hess' request for shoreline building permit at 1907 Shady Beach Avenue be approved. Roll call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None. Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Gerald Backhaus' request for shoreline building permit and shoreline setback variance at 699 Heinel Circle be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None. Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that the following blanket minor variances for driveway side yard set- backs be approved: 1. David Jenkins request for a two and one-half foot variance at 1747 Chatsworth street. 2. Arnold steen request for a three foot variance at 1751 Chatsworth street. 3. Marlyn Johnson request for a three and one-half foot variance at 678 W. Belmont Lane. 4. Robert Meysembourg request for a five foot variance at 1855 Fernwood Avenue. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None. Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Glenn Gruber's request for a one foot minor variance to allow him to remove his existing garage and construct a new garage on the same site at 1143 W. Shryer Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None. Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Leonard Johnson's request for a minor variance of twenty-five feet for the setback of his garage and twenty-five feet for the setback of his driveway at 1273 Draper Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None. Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that Peter stromme's request for a minor variance of two feet for construc- tion of a six foot high fence along his rear property line at 1398 Talisman Curve be approved.
