<br />A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />A-I Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of the MINUTES
<br />regular meeting of July 24, 1989 be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Rag.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />B. CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that the Consent CONSENT
<br />Agenda, Items B-1, B-2, and B-4 through B-14, be AGENDA
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman,
<br />Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that a proclamation PROCLAMATION
<br />proclaiming September 2, 1989, as "Drive For Life"
<br />Day be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr,
<br />Cushman, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />B-2 Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Christopher CHRISTOPHER
<br />Mein's request for a 76 foot minor variance to con- MEIN
<br />struct a new detached garage at 1925 victoria street
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cush-
<br />man, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />B-3 Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Dennis Olson's DENNIS OLSON
<br />request for a 24 foot variance to construct an addi-
<br />tion on the south side of his existing dwelling at 764
<br />Rose Place be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Rag. Nays: None.

<br />B-4 Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Stephen Baker's STEPHEN BAKEl
<br />request for a 32 foot minor variance to construct a
<br />detached garage at 915 W. County Road B be approved.

<br />B-5 Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Gerald Schwartz- GERALD
<br />bauer's request for a 29 foot minor variance to SCHWARTZBAUEl
<br />install a six foot fence in the rear yard along the
<br />street on a corner lot at 770 W. County Road C be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman,
<br />Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />B-6 Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Donald Tschida's DONALD
<br />request for a 15 foot minor variance to construct a TSCHIDA
<br />detached garage at 1888 W. County Road C-2 be approved.
