Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Rog. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that the following <br />items be referred to the September 6, 1989 Planning <br />commission meeting, and establishing a Council public <br />hearing for September 25, 1989: <br /> <br />1. Electro Van Lift, Inc. request for Special Use <br />Permit at 1901 Oakcrest. <br /> <br />2. Gerald Mundt request for lot division and setback <br />variances at 476 Woodruff Avenue. <br /> <br />3. Lawrence McGough request for side yard setback <br />variance at 2737 Fairview Avenue. <br /> <br />4. Consideration of ordinance changes to implement <br />design standards concerning such items as exterior <br />building materials, trash enclosures, and screening <br />of roof top mechanical equipment. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and <br />Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8488, <br />appointing Election Judges and Alternate Judges for <br />the Primary Election of September 26 and General Elec- <br />tion of November 7, 1989, be adopted.
