<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that Corpus Christi
<br />Church application to conduct lawful gambling activi-
<br />ties (Bingo, raffle, paddle wheel, tip boards, and
<br />pull tabs) at their parish bazaar on October 1, 1989,
<br />on the school property located at 2131 Fairview Avenue,
<br />Roseville, Minnesota, without obtaining a state Gam-
<br />bling License be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that the American Legion
<br />Post 542 application for a one day, off site gambling
<br />permit at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville,
<br />Minnesota, and waiver of the sixty day acknowledgment
<br />period be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr,
<br />Cushman, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that a feasibility study
<br />for County Road B improvements from Dale street to a
<br />point 1,200 feet east of Rice street, authorizing the
<br />Ramsey County consultant Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson,
<br />and Associates, to proceed to preliminary engineering
<br />phase of the improvement project, and selection of
<br />roadway width of 50 feet, 44 feet, or 42 feet, be
<br />continued to the August 28, 1989 City Council meeting.

<br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution 8490,
<br />authorizing MnDOT to act as the agent for the City of
<br />Roseville in administering federal funds, and the
<br />Mayor and City Manager to execute appropriate Minne-
<br />sota Department of Transportation Agency Agreements,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman,
<br />Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Earnest Money
<br />contracts for the following easements be accepted, the
<br />easements be approved, and staff be directed to for-
<br />ward the easements to the City Attorney for recording:

<br />1. Easement No. 11-43-63, Project No. 89-19, pathway
<br />construction, property owners Joyce wisdom and
<br />Jan Laska, 2165 Grotto street, Roseville. Ease-
<br />ment amount: $2,000.
<br />
<br />2. Easement No. 10-44-58, Project No. 89-19, pathway
<br />construction, property owners Gregory and Edith
<br />Kittelsen, 1221 County Road B, Roseville. Ease-
<br />ment amount: $1,317.
