<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />regular meeting of August 28, 1989 be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that the week of
<br />September 17-23, 1989, be proclaimed as Constitution
<br />Week. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Gerald Jubert's
<br />request for a 5 foot variance for driveway side yard
<br />setback at 403 W. County Road B be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Theodore Boston's
<br />request for a 1-1/2 foot variance for driveway side
<br />yard setback at 665 Skillman be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that the following
<br />item be referred to the October 4, 1989 Planning Com-
<br />mission meeting, and establishing the Council public
<br />hearing for the October 23, 1989 regular City Council
<br />meeting.
<br />
<br />Ken Reinhardt request for rezoning from R-1 to R-3A
<br />and variances to allow a zero foot parking setback
<br />instead of the required five feet, and to allow a
<br />one and one-half story apartment building with a half
<br />story below grade at 2381 N. Dale Street.
<br />
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.
