<br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that Jade Palace, Inc.
<br />request for an On Sale and Special Sunday Liquor
<br />License at 116 Loehmann's Plaza, 2480 Fairview Avenue,
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman,
<br />Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that M.A.T. Properties
<br />request for withdrawal of application for rezoning
<br />from R-1 to B-3 and a Special Use Permit for a conve-
<br />nience store with fuel sales at 2884 Old Highway 8 be
<br />approved without prejudice. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Cushman, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Welsh Company's
<br />request for an extension through March 27, 1990, on
<br />City approvals granted March 27, 1989, for the expan-
<br />sion of Pavilion Place at 1665 County Road B-2 be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Kehr,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />WELSH COMPANY

<br />F-2 Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution 8497, RESOLUTION
<br />approving the Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year begin- 8497
<br />ning January 1, 1990, and ending December 31, 1990, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution 8498, RESOLUTION
<br />certifying a proposed tax levy to the County Auditor 8498
<br />for collection during 1990 for the purpose of operat-
<br />ing the City of Roseville, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution 8499, RESOLUTION
<br />directing the County Auditor to adjust the tax levy 8499
<br />for General Obligation Improvement Bonds, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />F-3 Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that a hearing on the PROPOSED
<br />City of Roseville's proposed tax levy be established TAX LEVY
<br />for the regular city Council meeting of October 9,
<br />1989, and if additional time is needed, reconvening
<br />the hearing at the regular city Council meeting of
<br />October 23, 1989. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman,
<br />Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />F-4 Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8500, RESOLUTION
<br />accepting the proposal of Boeckermann, Heinen & Mayer 8500
<br />to conduct the 1989 City audit for an amount not to
<br />exceed $13,200, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Cushman, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.
