<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular meeting of the City Council - October 9, 1989. <br /> <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The city council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Cushman, Matson, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. <br />Members absent: None. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />A presentation of a plaque was made to the City of Roseville PRESENTATION <br />by the North star Babe Ruth League. <br /> <br />Rog moved that the City pay the expenses for Mary Pat Black, MARY PAT BLACK <br />Program Supervisor in the Recreation Department, to attend <br />the Parks and Recreation National Convention in San Antonio, <br />Texas, to accept an award as one of the Recreation Coordi- <br />nators of the Year. Motion died for lack of a second. <br /> <br />A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A-I Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that the minutes of the MINUTES <br />regular meeting of September 25, 1989, be approved. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: Cush- <br />man. Abstain: Johnson, because he was absent. <br /> <br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of <br />the Special meeting of September 27, 1989, be <br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Kehr, and <br />Matson. Nays: None. Abstain: Johnson and Rog, <br />because they were absent. <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of <br />the Special meeting of October 3, 1989, be approved. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: <br />None. Abstain: Matson and Kehr, because they were <br />absent. <br /> <br />B. <br />B-1 <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the following items <br />be referred to the November 1, 1989 Planning Commis- <br />sion meeting and establishing a Council public hearing <br />hearing for November 27, 1989: <br /> <br />PLANNING <br />COMMISSION <br />REFERRALS <br /> <br />1. Liberty Rosewood Limited Partnership request for a <br />sign variance at 2750 Victoria street. <br /> <br />2. Fine AssociatesjRoseville Community Bank request <br />for preliminary and final plat approval, Special <br />Use Permit for an amended planned unit development <br />and permit for temporary banking facility at the <br />northeast corner of County Road C and Snelling <br />Avenue. <br />
