<br />4. Morgan Investment Company request for amendment to
<br />a condition on previously granted variance, and a
<br />variance to have a loading dock within 100 feet of
<br />a residential zoning district.

<br />5. Saturn of st. Paul request for rezoning from B-4
<br />to B-3, Special Use Permit for an auto dealership,
<br />parking setback variance, and freeway pylon sign
<br />height variance at 2140 County Road C.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Centre pointe's
<br />request for final plat on the east side of 35W between
<br />County Roads C and D be continued to the November 27,
<br />1989 City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />Matson, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the hearing on
<br />the City of Roseville's proposed tax levy be continued
<br />to a date to be determined in cooperation with the
<br />County Auditor, and presented at a future Council
<br />meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson, Johnson,
<br />Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Change Order No. 1
<br />for the Roseville Harriet Alexander Nature Interpre-
<br />tive Center be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,

<br />Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that the City Manager
<br />be authorized to apply to the Minnesota Amateur Sports
<br />Commission for a $1,500 grant to initiate a Ringette
