Nays: Johnson. <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that the Falcon Heights <br />Fire Department Relief Association request for exemp- <br />tion from the State Gambling License requirements to <br />hold lawful gambling at a fund raising dinner to be <br />held on November 18, 1989, at the Knights of Columbus <br />Hall located at 2555 North Snelling Avenue, be <br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson, Johnson, <br />Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />GAMBLING <br />LICENSE <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Matson seconded, to authorize a tele- <br />phone poll of the City Council regarding Nina Ward's <br />request for minor variance at 250 N. McCarrons <br />Boulevard. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson, John- <br />son, Kehr, and Rog.
