Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson, <br />Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Rog seconded, that Resolution 8507, <br />authorizing the City Manager to submit application to <br />the Minnesota Amateur Sports Commission for funding <br />for construction of the John Rose Minnesota Oval to <br />be included in the 1990 Bonding Bill, be adopted. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson, and Rog. Nays: <br />Kehr. <br /> <br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8508, <br />authorizing the City Manager to execute acceptance of <br />a grant from the Metropolitan Council Arts Sponsorship <br />Assistance Program for $750 for the 1990 Summer Concert <br />Series, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson, <br />Kehr, and Rog. Cleveland Avenue be denied based on the follow- <br />ing findings of fact: <br /> <br />1. Dust and odor problems relating to surface appli- <br />tion process have not been addressed by the appli- <br />cant. <br /> <br />2. Potential surface water contamination involving <br />the wetland immediately adjacent to the ABF site <br />across Cleveland has not been addressed by the <br />applicant. <br /> <br />3.
