<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the Vietnamese
<br />Buddhist Association, Inc. request to hold a raffle
<br />on November 12, 1989, at 475 Minnesota Avenue without
<br />obtaining a state gambling license and waiver of the
<br />thirty day waiting period be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8509,
<br />receiving the petition and ordering a feasibility
<br />study for Project SS-W-P-86-44, Sextant Avenue from
<br />Dale Street to east cul-de-sac, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />receiving the feasibility study and calling for a 8510
<br />public hearing on Improvement No. SS-W-P-86-44, be
<br />adopted and setting the public hearing for November
<br />27, 1989. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson, Kehr,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that the Mayor and
<br />City Manager be authorized to sign a grant amendment
<br />extending the Langton Lake Park Grant, No. NR646.5, to
<br />December 31, 1990. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson,
<br />Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that the contract for
<br />Police Services with the city of Falcon Heights be
<br />withdrawn from the Agenda. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
