<br />The city Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL
<br />members present: Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Rog. Members
<br />absent: Matson. (Matson arrived late, and was present for
<br />items C-10 through adjournment.)

<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />regular meeting of November 13, 1989 be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Rog.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the week of Decem-
<br />ber 3 - 9, 1989 be proclaimed as cities Fight Back
<br />Against Drugs Week. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cush-
<br />man, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the week of Decem-
<br />ber 10 - 16, 1989 be proclaimed as National Drunk and
<br />Drugged Driving Awareness Week. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Helen Born's
<br />request for a minor variance of 12 feet to the side
<br />street setback requirements for a detached garage, a
<br />1 foot variance to the separation requirements between
<br />the garage and the house, and a 30 foot garage location
<br />setback requirement at 735 W. County Road B-2, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Kehr,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Stanley Kumpula's
<br />request for a minor variance of .5 feet to the side
<br />yard setback requirements for an addition to his home
<br />at 483 Woodhill Drive be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that a public hearing be
<br />established on December 18, 1989, to consider the 1990
<br />On Sale and Off Sale Liquor License Renewal Applica-
<br />tions and Roseville Restaurant, Inc. application for a
<br />wine license. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman,
<br />Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the acceptance of a
<br />Quit Claim Deed for a partial turn back of T.H. 51
<br />(Snelling Avenue) be approved, and directing staff to
<br />forward same to City Attorneys for recording at Ramsey
<br />County. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.
