<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the following items
<br />be referred to the January 3, 1990 Planning Commission
<br />meeting, and establishing a city council public
<br />hearing for January 22, 1990:

<br />concerning ordinance changes to implement Design
<br />Standards be continued to January 22, 1990. Roll Call,

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that George Reiling's
<br />request for final plat at 2815, 2834, and 2835
<br />victoria street be continued to the January 22, 1990

<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the Saturn of
<br />st. Paul request for withdrawal of application for re-
<br />zoning from B-4 to B-3, Special Use Permit for an auto
<br />dealership, parking setback variance, and freeway pylon
<br />sign height variance at 2140 County Road C be continued
<br />to the December 18, 1989 City Council meeting. Roll
