<br />Roseville City council Minutes <br />December 7, 1989 <br /> <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />C-11 Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that Fine Associates/ <br />Roseville Community Bank's request for preliminary <br />plat approval, Special Use Permit for an amended <br />Planned Unit Development, and permit for temporary <br />banking facility at the northwest corner of County <br />Road C and Snelling Avenue be approved with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />FINE ASSOC./ <br />ROSEVILLE <br />COMMUNITY <br />BANK <br /> <br />1. That sidewalks be built along contiguous public <br />streets adjacent to Lot 4. <br /> <br />2. That the issue of the dedication of money in lieu <br />of park land as required by the subdivision <br />ordinance be resolved. <br /> <br />3. That there be final review of engineering and <br />landscape plans by city staff. <br /> <br />4. That the approval of the bank be subject to: <br />a. Final approval of exterior elevations and <br />building materials. <br /> <br />b. Review of engineering details for grading, <br />drainage, and utilities. <br /> <br />c. Approval of landscape details for the bank <br />site by City staff. <br /> <br />d. Final approval of sign design and square foot- <br />age in accordance with ordinance requirements. <br /> <br />e. Approval of a temporary building in accordance <br />with plans submitted to the Planning Commis- <br />sion on November 1, 1989. <br /> <br />5. That the temporary building shall be removed with- <br />in one year of its installation. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Matson, Cushman, Kehr, and <br />Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that a public hearing be <br />established on December 18, 1989, to consider Fine <br />Associates/Roseville Community Bank's request for <br />final plat for a temporary banking facility at the <br />northwest corner of County Road C and Snelling Avenue, <br />and the dedication of money in lieu of park land. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Matson, Cushman, Kehr, and <br />Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-12 Cushman moved, Rog seconded, that Morgan Investment MORGAN <br />Company's request for an amendment to a condition on a INVESTMENT <br />previously granted variance, and a variance to have a COMPANY <br />loading dock within 100 feet of a residential zoning <br />district at 2929 - 2939 Long Lake Road be approved with <br />the following conditions: <br />
