Roseville City Council Minutes December 7, 1989 1. That the expansion take place in accordance with plans as submitted. 2. That a large scale landscape plan and grade plan be prepared to adequately screen the residential district to the west, subject to staff approval and review by adjacent neighbors. The plans should include twelve additional evergreen plant- ings on the newly graded bank on the west side of the property, and should also provide additional plantings along County Road C-2 and Long Lake Road. 3. That the drainage be accomplished subject to Engineering staff review. Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that the original motion be amended as follows: 1. C-13 Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8518, ordering Improvement SS-W-P-86-44 and the preparation of plans and specifications for that improvement, be adopted. F-1 REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that Liberty Rosewood Limited Partnership's request for a sign setback variance at 2750 victoria street be continued to the January 22, 1989 City Council meeting.
