<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Change Order No. 3
<br />for 1989 Contract A, in the amount of $28,890.63, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Matson, Cushman,
<br />Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that Change Order No. 5
<br />for 1989 Contract D, in the amount of $4,331.77, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Matson, Cushman,
<br />Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that the recommended
<br />1990 utility rate increases for sanitary sewer and
<br />water services be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: John-
<br />son, Matson, Cushman, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the audit of the
<br />Management Pay Plan by DCA Stanton, at a cost not to
<br />exceed $2,000, be approved, and appropriating the
<br />funds from the Contingency Account. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Matson, Cushman, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that Ordinance 1068,
<br />amending section 151.015 of the City Code of the City
<br />of Roseville allowing sales of intoxicating liquor
<br />until 1:00 a.m. on Mondays, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Matson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: Cushman.

<br />Kehr moved, Rog seconded, that the American Legion
<br />Post 542 request for renewal of their Class B gambling
<br />license at 700 W. County Road C be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Matson, Cushman, Kehr, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.
