<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Ashland Oilj
<br />Rapid oil's request for variances to parking setback
<br />and parking number requirements at 1925 Lexington
<br />Avenue be continued to the January 22, 1990 city
<br />Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Matson,
<br />Cushman, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that authorization to
<br />commence a lawsuit against A-Plus Industries be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Matson, Cushman,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None. Kehr did not vote because he
<br />was absent from the room.

<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8519,
<br />authorizing funding for the Older Adult Home-Share
<br />Program, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Matson, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None. Kehr did not
<br />vote because he was absent from the room.

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution 8520,
<br />for apportionment of assessments on requested division
<br />of property by Ramsey County, Division No. DA062493,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Matson, Cush-
<br />man, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution 8521,
<br />vacating County Road C-2 lying east of 35W and west of
<br />Cleveland Avenue in the City of Roseville, subject to
<br />Ramsey County taking action to vacate County Road C-2
<br />on December 12, 1989, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Matson, Cushman, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that a Development
<br />Agreement between the City of Roseville and Lincoln
<br />Development for construction of Terrace Drive serving
<br />the Rosedale Square North development be continued to
<br />the December 18, 1989 city Council meeting. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Matson, Cushman, Kehr, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that an Engineering
<br />Service Agreement between the City of Roseville and
<br />Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson, and Associates (TKDA)
<br />for County Road Band McCarrons Lake drainage improve-
<br />ment project and necessary appurtenant utility work
<br />associated with the County Road B improvement with
<br />necessary revisions as suggested by the City Attorney,
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Matson, Cush-
<br />man, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the Ramsey
<br />County Road and Bridge Maintenance Service Agreement
<br />No. 89036 be approved, and authorization be given to
<br />execute the agreement by appropriate city officials.
