Nays: None. <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS <br />Fred McCormick, Roseville resident, reported that the <br />Grand Jury cleared the Roseville citizens Council for <br />Fair and Open Government of a complaint that its news- <br />letter violated the Fair campaign Practices Act. <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that a letter of <br />apology be sent to the Roseville citizens Council for <br />Fair and Open Government acknowledging the Grand Jury <br />verdict. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, and Rog. <br />Nays: None. Abstain: Matson and Kehr. <br /> <br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that an ordinance <br />amending Section 20.155 (4) (a) and repealing Section <br />20.155 (4) (c) of the City Code of the City of Rose- <br />ville regarding park land dedication, be continued to <br />the January City Council work session. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Johnson, Matson, Cushman, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />F-2 <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that Ashland oil Co./ <br />Rapid oil request for variances to parking setback and <br />parking number requirements at 1925 Lexington Avenue <br />be continued to the January 22, 1990 City Council <br />meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Matson, Cushman, <br />Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />F-3 <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Liberty Rosewood <br />Limited Partnership request for sign variance at 2750 <br />victoria street be continued to the January 22, 1990 <br />city council meeting.
