<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Roseville Prop-
<br />ties request for rezoning and variances at 1955 W.
<br />County Road B-2 be continued to the January 22, 1990
<br />City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Matson, Cushman, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that Jack Miller/Eliza-
<br />beth Giesen/s request for lot division at 1934 Lake
<br />street be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Matson, Cushman, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Michael Petersen's
<br />request for lot division at 899 W. County Road B be
<br />approved with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That ten feet of right-of-way be dedicated along
<br />County Road B.
<br />
<br />2. That a driveway turnaround be provided on the
<br />property.
<br />
<br />3. That the staff approve the driveway design and any
<br />necessary retaining walls.
<br />

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Centennial United
<br />Methodist Church request for variances to zoning ordi-
<br />nance standards requiring concrete curb and gutter at
<br />at 1524 W. County Road C-2, be approved with the con-
<br />dition that curb and gutter on the driveway area, as
<br />determined by the Public Works Department, be provided
<br />by December 1, 1994, or at the time of a major improve-
<br />ment to the site, whichever occurs first. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Matson, Cushman, Kehr, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.
