<br />approving plans and specifications, and ordering
<br />advertisement for bids for City Project P-SW-89-16,
<br />Hamline Avenue from Larpenteur Avenue to County Road B,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Matson, Cush-
<br />man, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Youth Association's request for renewal of their Class

<br />located at 1744 North Lexington Avenue, be approved.

<br />Cushman. Abstain: Matson.

<br />Snelling Avenue by Thermal Remediation, Inc., be
