<br />bursement policy for mileage reimbursement be changed REIMBURSEMENT
<br />to read "The mileage reimbursement rate will be at the
<br />rate currently permitted by the Internal Revenue
<br />Service for allowable travel expense purposes and
<br />shall be available to Council Members and employees
<br />who use their own vehicle for authorized city busi-
<br />ness," with the rate to be announced annually at the
<br />first meeting in January, so Council and staff would
<br />know the rate for the year. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />B-5 Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8635, RESOLUTION
<br />providing for the issuance and sale of $2,000,000 8635
<br />General Obligation Improvement Bonds, Series 17, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Thomas,
<br />Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />B-6 Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8636, RESOLUTION
<br />accepting work completed by Central Landscaping, Inc. 8636
<br />under 1990 Contract D be adopted, and authorizing final
<br />payment. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Thomas,
<br />Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None.
