<br />enter into a modified agreement with George Reiling be REILING

<br />amending section 17 of the City Code of the City of
<br />Roseville, concerning Planned unit Developments, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Thomas,
<br />Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Ordinance 1083,
<br />amending the City Code of the City of Roseville by
<br />adding Chapter 19, amending section 12.030, adding
<br />section 12.035, to provide for certain requirements
<br />of Design Standards for all new construction and some
<br />remodeling and providing for revised procedures for
<br />Special Use Permits, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Cushman, Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />adding Sections 14.020 and 14.191, be adopted. Roll
