<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that the Mayor and
<br />City Manager be authorized to sign the agreement be-
<br />tween Ramsey County and Roseville for a recycling
<br />grant for 1991. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson,
<br />Thomas, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that Resolution 8640,
<br />requesting a one year extension of due date for review
<br />of the City of Roseville's Comprehensive Plan for
<br />consistency with amended Metropolitan Council policy
<br />plans, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson,
<br />Thomas, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />This item, "Revoking Eldridge Avenue between Hamline
<br />and Lexington as Municipal State Aid (M.S.A.) street;
<br />and Designate Skillman Avenue between Hamline and Lex-
<br />ington as M.S.A. Street," was withdrawn from the agenda
<br />by the City Manager.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8641,
<br />receiving Feasibility Reports for Projects P-91-02,
<br />Neighborhood 56; P-91-02, Neighborhood 68; and ST-91-
<br />08, Neighborhood 68, be ad0pted, and establishing the
<br />Council pUblic hearings for the regular City Council
<br />meeting of January 28, 1991. Roll Call, Ayes: Cush-
