<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8642, RESOLUTION
<br />receiving Feasibility Reports for Projects P-91-02, 8642
<br />Neighborhood 44W; ST-91-09, Neighborhood 44W; P-91-02,
<br />Neighborhood 45; ST-91-10, Neighborhood 45; P-91-02,
<br />Neighborhood 57; P-91-03, Neighborhood 57, Skillman;
<br />and P-9l-04, Terrace Drive, be adopted, and establish-
<br />ing the Council public hearings for the special City
<br />council meeting of January 29, 1991. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Cushman, Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the Feasibility
<br />Report for Ramsey County improvements, county Road D
<br />and Cleveland Avenue, be approved as presented and
<br />Ramsey County be authorized to complete project plans,
<br />specifications, and required cooperative agreements.

<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that Autumn Place be
<br />approved as a City roadway, and authorizing the City
<br />to maintain the utilities and street per city pOlicies.

<br />and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution 8643,
<br />increasing salary ranges for Clerical/Technical posi-
<br />tions by 4.0 percent, and providing for a monthly
<br />insurance contribution of up to $240, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution 8644, RESOLUTION
<br />increasing salary ranges for supervisory/Confidential 8644
<br />positions by 4.0 percent, and providing for a monthly
<br />insurance contribution of up to $240, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution 8645, RESOLUTION
<br />increasing salary ranges for Management/Administrative 8645
<br />positions by 4.0 percent, and providing for a monthly
<br />insurance contribution of up to $250, and 100 percent
<br />payment of the Long-Term Disability insurance premium
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson,
<br />Thomas, Maschka,and Rog. Nays: None.
