Games Center)
for game room/amusement place, five amusement devices,
and two pool tables at 2180 N. Dale street be denied
because of the following findings of fact:

ADEL ALWAN

1. The proposed game room/amusement place would have
an adverse affect on the surrounding area, and
among the adverse affects by way of example and
not limitation would be that the hours of opera-
tion are not appropriate to the surrounding area.

2. The activities which would be encouraged by a
game room/amusement place would have an adverse
economic affect on the surrounding neighborhood,
including the possibility of increased traffic at
an unusual hour.

3. If ten parking spaces turn out to be inadequate for
the facility, there would be a negative spillover
parking effect on the adjacent property owners.
