Y. Kline's <br />request for a shoreline building permit at 619 Heinel <br />Drive be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Johnson, <br />Cushman, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that the Har Mar Mall <br />request for a permit for a temporary building at 2100 <br />N. Snelling Avenue for the period of May 11 through <br />May 27, 1990, as shown on the attached plan be <br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Johnson, and <br />Cushman. Nays: Rog. Abstain: Thomas. <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Rog seconded, that amendments to the <br />Lexington Avenue Limited Partnership and George <br />Reiling (Can-American) Development Agreement be <br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Johnson, Cushman, <br />Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that Ramsey county <br />Agreement No. 90-12, for construction of paved road- <br />way shoulders on Victoria Street from Larpenteur to <br />Roselaw~ be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, <br />Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the American <br />Cancer Society's request for an exemption from the <br />State Gambling License requirements to hold a raffle <br />on August 25, 1990, at Rosedale Shopping center, 1595 <br />Highway 36, without obtaining a state Gambling <br />License be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: : Maschka, <br />Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />ITEMS REMOVED FROM CONSENT AGENDA (OPTIONAL) <br />(Deferred from B-2.) <br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the Minnesota <br />cycling Team's request for a bicycle race May 27, <br />1990, be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the Minnesota Cycling Team purchase a <br />$1 million insurance policy covering the city. <br /> <br />2. That four Reserve Officers be hired to man certain <br />intersections. <br /> <br />3. That the Minnesota Cycling Team clear traffic <br />restrictions on County Road C with the Ramsey <br />County Engineering Department. <br /> <br />4. That sufficient traffic cones and barricades to <br />properly guide rerouted traffic be supplied. <br /> <br />5.
