<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that a proclamation pro- PROCLAMATION
<br />claiming April 28 - May 5, 1990 as Recycling Awareness Week

<br />Maschka moved, Thomas seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the regular meeting of April 9, 1990 be approved.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 and B-3 through B-7, be approved.

<br />B-1 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Oliver Weflem's OLIVER
<br />request for a 2-1/2 foot variance at 2051 Farrington WEFLEM
<br />street be approved in accordance with the City's policy
<br />concerning minor variances for driveway side yard set-
<br />backs. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Johnson, Cushman,
<br />Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Richard Martin's RICHARD
<br />request for a 5 foot variance at 2970 Mildred Drive be MARTIN
<br />approved in accordance with the City's policy con-
<br />cerning minor variances for driveway side yard set-
<br />backs. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Johnson, Cushman,
<br />Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />B-3 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the earnest EASEMENT NO.
<br />money contract for Easement No. 13-23-11, Project No. 13-23-11
<br />90-02 #70, James and Joanne Nielsen, 609 Moundsview
<br />Avenue, street and utility easement at a total ease-
<br />ment cost of $1,350.00 be approved, and staff be
<br />directed to record said easement at Ramsey County.

<br />and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />B-4 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the City Manager C&S
<br />be authorized to sign a Letter of Agreement between CONCESSIONS
<br />the City of Roseville and C&S Concessions for operation
<br />of concession/vending operations at the Roseville Golf
<br />Course and the Central Park Victoria concession stand.
