<br />Roseville city council Minutes <br />April 23, 1990 <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />B-5 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the city Manager CAPITOL VIEW <br />be authorized to sign a lease agreement with Northeast GYMNASIUM <br />Metropolitan School District 916 for the lease of <br />Capitol View gymnasium at a cost of $11.90 per hour for <br />184 hours, a total of $2,189.60, for a time period from <br />June 11, 1990 to August 17, 1990, with monies for the <br />lease agreement to be taken from participant fees. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, <br />and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8568, <br />relating to apportionment of assessments on requested <br />division of property by Ramsey County, Division No. <br />DD062560, Lincoln Drive and Terrace Drive (Edina <br />Realty Building), division for new plat--Krank second <br />addition, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, <br />Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-6 <br /> <br />B-7 <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the following <br />checks and total amounts be approved: <br /> <br />Check No. 9197 - 9238 <br />11408 - 11508 <br />11510 - 11705 <br />11708 - 11828 <br /> <br />$260,173.43 <br />49,610.85 <br />154,864.92 <br />187,201.16 <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, <br />and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C. <br />C-1 <br /> <br />HEARINGS <br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Rosewood Corpo- <br />ration's request for a Special use Permit and variance <br />at 2525 Snelling Avenue be approved with the amended <br />conditions as follows: <br /> <br />1. That money be escrowed for a sidewalk along the <br />east side of the property. <br /> <br />2. That there be no exterior storage of trash. <br /> <br />3. That storm sewer and catch basins be added to the <br />parking lot when the parking lot is redone. <br /> <br />4. That the fence along the west side of the property <br />be replaced to match the fence being provided <br />adjacent to the Pavilion Place Shopping Center. <br /> <br />5. That a "No Left Turn" sign be placed at both exits <br />from the parking lot to Oakcrest. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, <br />and Rog.
