<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />May 14, 1990 <br /> <br />B-3. <br /> <br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that the following <br />items be referred to the June 6, 1990 Planning commis- <br />sion meeting, and establishing the City Council public <br />hearing for June 25, 1990: <br /> <br />1. Dominion Group, Inc. request for special Use <br />Permit for a Planned Unit Development at 2231 Rice <br />street. <br /> <br />2. Advanced Design, Inc. request for rezoning, pre- <br />liminary and final plat at 2284 and 29XX Old High- <br />way 8. <br /> <br />3. Amendment to the city Code regarding the issuance <br />of a Special Use Permit for outside display of <br />merchandise to not cause complete site conformance. <br /> <br />4. Amendment to Zoning Code making marina activities <br />a Special Use in an R-l District. <br /> <br />5. City of Roseville request for variance to sign <br />setback requirements. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, and Rog. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-4 <br /> <br />Thomas moved moved, Maschka seconded, that an agree- <br />ment for Engineering services between the City and <br />various municipal and geotechnical engineering consul- <br />tants be approved, and authorizing the contract to be <br />executed by appropriate city officials. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that the Council <br />extend a thank you to Mr. Doug Wolfangle for his <br />excellent assistance during the consulting engineer <br />interview process. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Thomas, <br />Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-5 <br /> <br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that the Mayor and <br />city Manager be authorized to sign a lease extension <br />for the Gymnastics Center with Roberts Development <br />Company. Monies for the lease will be paid for from <br />the Recreation Participant Activity Account. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />B-6 <br /> <br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8574, <br />approving the plans and specifications, and ordering <br />the advertisement for bids for 1990 Contract G, be <br />adopted.
