<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />May 14, 1990 <br /> <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />F-3 Thomas moved that that the City Manager be directed ROSEVILLE <br />to execute a request to the Roseville VFW to spend VFW <br />gambling funds for the construction of a storage <br />building with construction, ownership, insurance, and <br />maintenance being the responsibility of the VFW Post. <br />Motion died for lack of a second. <br /> <br />F-4 <br /> <br />F-5 <br /> <br />F-6 <br /> <br />Thomas moved, Rog seconded, that the City Manager be <br />directed to execute a request to the Roseville VFW to <br />spend gambling funds for the construction of a storage <br />building with construction, ownership, insurance, and <br />maintenance being the responsibility of the VFW Post. <br />This request would be contingent on a suitable contract <br />with the VFW covering usage, insurance and easement. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: <br />Johnson. Abstain: Maschka. Maschka then changed his <br />vote from Abstain to Nay. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that the change in <br />voting poll location for Roseville Precinct 3, from <br />Lexington School to Roseville Lutheran Church, 1215 <br />West Roselawn, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, <br />Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that the change in <br />voting poll location for Roseville Precinct 6, from <br />Roseville Area High School to Grace Church Roseville, <br />1310 West County Road B-2, be approved. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that Decision <br />Resources, Ltd. be retained to conduct a community <br />survey for the City of Roseville in accordance with <br />Mr. Morris' letter dated April 13, 1990, at a total <br />cost not to exceed $12,500. Roll Call, Ayes: John- <br />son, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that the following <br />settlement be approved regarding the 1990 Local 49 <br />(Maintenance) Labor Agreement, and authorizing the <br />City Manager to develop contract language reflecting <br />the settlement and to sign the contract: <br /> <br />1.
