A wage progression system for the Maintenance <br />II classification that enables individuals <br />hired at the entry level to reach higher wage <br />levels based on yearly assessments of their <br />level of job knowledge, qualifications, skills, <br />and performance. <br /> <br />2. Nays: <br /> <br />Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, <br />None. <br /> <br />F-7 Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8576, RESOLUTION <br />authorizing the preparation of a feasibility report 8576 <br />for Project UL-90-18, ornamental street lights for <br />County Road B-2 between Cleveland Avenue and Hamline <br />Avenue, Prior Avenue from County Road B-2 to Cleveland <br />Avenue, and W. Perimeter Drive from Prior Avenue to <br />Cleveland Avenue, be adopted. Further that the <br />the feasibility study should include provision of <br />lighting for the new sidewalk built for the new <br />retail development in the southwest corner of <br />Fairview Avenue and County Road B-2, and that the <br />feasibility report examine other possible lighting <br />fixtures and pole styles in addition to the new NSP <br />proposed standard commercial metal pole.
